Inspired by revered artist and food critique Rosanjin Kitaoji's lifetime quest for beauty and art through cuisine, Rosanjin Tribeca presents Japanese cuisine as high art. Like Rosanjin's art, our food encompasses all that is beautiful about refined Japanese culture and cuisine.

Since opening in December 2006, Rosanjin has continued to explore Japanese culinary expression. In 2007, Rosanjin Tribeca was awarded 4 stars in Forbes magazine, an honor received by only 16 of New York's top restaurants. We have also been recommended in reviews by the New York Times and New York Magazine while Zagat described us as "beautiful in every way".

In 2008, we expanded our signature kaiseki offerings and introduced a la carte menu. Currently, Rosanjin serves exquisite kaiseki course and a la carte menu at the restaurant; caters sumptuous banquet for events; and delivers gorgeous boxed meals to individual clients.
